Meeting hub ‘n Hot-tub

Schematic studies for an in-fill site to an existing gated warehouse live-work community, 2017. The proposal focused on minimal intervention, maintaing the existing gate and festures while implmenting a feature to identify this distinct community from the roadside. The studies explored multiple uses for the Container type inluding a rooftop hot-tub for residents. Stage: Schematic

Overbury Car Park - Praesent Auctor

In-fill Site

Located in the car-park of an existing building owned by the client that was undergoing evaluation. The proposla was a hot-desk facility sandwiched into the existing car-park triangulated site. At an urban scale the project aimed to connecte diparite live/work dead end conditions to improve security and community connectivity. The pitched roof hosting red tinted solar panels and over-clad with an anodised Zinc. It’s cantilevered entrance and green grass pockets provide community meeting points and much needed greenery into the undustrial setting
